Easter Charcuterie Board

Ingredients:

Carrots Radishes  Borsin cheese  Brick cheese Salami Strawberries Crackers Broccoli Raspberries Lindt gold bunny

Prepare the ingredients

Wash, dry all of the fruits and vegetables, and cut the broccoli. White the fresh produce is drying, cut the cheese brick cheese into half-inch cubes and put the side.

Add the first layer

Place your cheeses and spreads on the board, and drape the carrots on the side of the board, guiding the tops along the top of the board.

Add the second layer

Add the radishes on either side of the board ensuring the tops are fluffy and full. Continue by adding the meats alongside the cheese. Fold the meat it quarters or you can make simple salami roses for an added touch. Follow by positioning the cheese in a domino effect around the cheeses and meats.

Add the fruit

Starting with the strawberries, place the fruit in the empty spaces around the board, spreading the colors evenly throughout the board.

Add the fillers

Anywhere you see holes or dull spaces fill with the nest, Lindt gold bunny, and remaining Easter treats! Finish with small flowers for an added spring touch!

There are no rules when it comes to making charcuterie boards. The perfect way to make your charcuterie board is to just go for it. Let the board “build itself.” You can’t think too hard about it.
