This weekend is Ryan’s 37th birthday and we celebrated with some delicious chili and his favourite No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake. I myself am not the biggest cherry cheesecake fan, but this no-bake recipe is super easy and delicious. I was able to complete it in less than one hour the night before (it needs at least 8 hours to chill) and top it off with cherry filling the next day, in time for his birthday dessert.
You don’t have to be a professional baker to make this no-bake cherry cheesecake either. I am not by no means a great baker. I have my limits, and it usually involves a recipe that can look appealing with a “rustic” or “artisan” look.
This recipe is perfect for birthdays, spring dinner parties, and even a weekend treat for the family.
